Shipping & Returns

There's no cart. Every order starts with an inquiry or an email to [email protected], and we reply with a written quote — product, shipping, tax and lead time — within 1 business day.

Once you approve, we send an invoice. Payment is due before production starts; larger orders may be split with a deposit. Prices are in Canadian dollars, with GST/HST added where it applies.

Orders ship from Ontario across Canada and the United States, tracked, with the cost on your quote. You get the tracking number by email when it leaves. Local pickup can be arranged.

US orders ship from Canada. Duties, brokerage or import fees charged by the carrier or customs are paid by the buyer unless your quote says otherwise.

Products are made to order, so we don't accept returns for a change of mind. We confirm fitment and details before we build for exactly that reason. If something's wrong on our end, we make it right:

• Damaged in transit. Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the part and packaging. We'll replace it or refund it.
• Defective or not as described. Email us within 14 days of delivery. We'll remake it or refund it — your call.
• Wrong item or quantity. We ship the correct order and cover the cost of returning anything that shouldn't have gone out.

If we need a part back, we send a prepaid label. Refunds go to the original payment method once the claim is approved.
