Service update

Production 3D Printing: Current Studio Scope

9OneFour now focuses on design, CAD, prototypes and manufacturing preparation. General production printing is no longer the standard studio offer.

You may have reached this page from an older link to 9OneFour’s production printing services. The studio now focuses on product development, CAD and manufacturing preparation. General production printing and print-farm capacity are no longer advertised as a standard service.

If your design still needs development

9OneFour can help work through component design, fitment, CAD revisions and preparation for an appropriate manufacturing process. Limited prototype work or fabrication coordination may be part of an agreed design project.

That is a different scope from fulfilling a production print order. Production quantities, machinery, per-part prices and delivery dates are not promised by this page.

If you already have a finished production file

A fabrication supplier will need the file revision, material requirements, quantity, finish, critical dimensions and target delivery date. Production acceptance and terms need to be confirmed with the supplier doing that work.

If you need help preparing that information or resolving the design before handoff, see design for manufacturing. The printing and molding comparison explains what to compare when requesting process-specific quotes.

An established specialty product

The Manthey GT3 RS rear-view camera kit remains a separate, inquiry-led product. Its presence does not imply general batch-printing capacity.
